Daggermouth On Tour with I Am The Avalanche
Vancouver’s five-piece melodic hardcore band DAGGERMOUTH will be on tour with Drive Thru Records’ recording artist I Am The Avalanche (formerly The Movielife) November 17 to December 15 throughout the United States. To put it mildly, Daggermouth is thrilled. “Touring with I Am the Avalanche means a lot to us. The Movielife was a band that we all loved when we were kids and every night with the Avalanche is a party! Basically what I’m trying to say is that touring with the Avalanche is like having Christmas morning everyday!” tells guitarist Kenny Lush.
Daggermouth is touring in support of their album Turf Wars, released this year through Smallman Records.

Daggermouth and Broadway Calls on Kid Dynamite Tribute
Oregon’s Copper Lung Records has announced an upcoming Kid Dynamite tribute compilation, and many of the artists/songs that it will feature. Amongst the 25 bands announced thus far are Daggermouth (doing “Bench Warmer”) and Broadway Calls (doing “Bookworm”). Other bands include - I Am the Avalanche (“The Ronald Miller Story”), Crime in Stereo (“Wrist Rocket”), the Ergs! (“Fuckuturn”), First to Leave (“SOS”) and This Is Hell (“Troy’s Bucket”).
The record will be titled Carry the Torch: A Tribute to Kid Dynamite. No release date has yet been set.

Daggermouth US Tour Extended
Daggermouth have been added to dates in the NorthEast USA with I Am The Avalanche. That will keep them touring in that area until late in September. After that, watch for them on dates with Hopesfall in Canada through the fall. Go to the tours page to see all the dates.

Daggermouth CD Delay
We’re sorry to say, but the new Daggermouth CD “Turf Wars” won’t be available now until April 3. We had glitches. Many, many glitches. And I’m not going to make any excuses. I take full responsibility for my actions. But it’s not my fault.
If you’re in the USA, you can still get this CD earlier through Lumberjack and State of Mind. And if you’re in Vancouver, you will be able to grab the CD at Daggermouth’s CD release show in Vancouver on March 23.
